Matthew Rosenfeld

Matthew Rosenfeld is the Founder and President of The Rosenfeld Company. He specializes in retail tenant representation, land sales, building disposition, and investment sales in Texas.

Matthew has worked extensively with pad users from both the tenant and landlord sides of the transaction. He currently represents JPMorgan Chase Bank, Sam’s Club, Quick N Clean Car Wash, and Pizza Patron. In addition, he represents several land buyers such as JPI, WaterWalk, and other family offices. Prior to founding The Rosenfeld Company, Matthew spent over a decade at Weitzman, leading their DFW Brokerage Department as well as being a perennial statewide top producer.

Defining the Brand Identity

This project began with a series of brand strategy sessions to establish the digital foundation for The Rosenfeld Company.

From there, Lauren Michelle Design developed a comprehensive brand package that included a new logo, a refined color palette, a typography selection, and a curated set of visual elements. Each element was designed with intention to reflect The Rosenfeld Company’s professionalism and forward-looking vision.

Together, these choices shaped a cohesive identity that guided the overall tone and aesthetic of the website.

Below is a recap of the visual system we created for The Rosenfeld Company. The new logo, color palette, typography, and curated imagery work together to convey the brand’s strength, professionalism, and modern investment perspective.

Crafting the Digital Experience

With the brand identity established, we transitioned into web strategy and development. This site was a custom build tailored to Matthew's vision.

Content Development – I collaborated closely with Matthew to craft messaging that clearly communicates The Rosenfeld Company's mission. This included taking Matthew through the LMD Brand Achetype Workshop and the LMD Content Strategy Workshop.

Website Design & Strategy – Through a series of strategy sessions, I presented a custom design direction to Matthew and I worked to ensure the design aligned with his vision. We worked together to refine the look and layout of each page.

Graphic Design – With Matthew's direction I also designed and developed three custom company brochures that highlight different elements of Matthew's business. We then created a digital brochure feature on the site for users to experience the live brochures on the site.

With these foundational pieces in place, the design and development process took place turning the project into a clean, modern, and fully custom digital experience.

Site Management & Ongoing Support

Following the launch, I’ve continued to support The Rosenfeld Company with ongoing website management, technology updates, and marketing support, including:

  • Site Maintenance & SEO: Keeping the site current, functional, and secure with regular updates, property detail additions, and ongoing search optimization.
  • Weekly Property Newsletter: Designing, strategizing, and sending a polished weekly property email blast.
  • Social Media Posting: Creating content, shaping strategy, and managing posts across two platforms.

These efforts ensure the website and marketing stay polished, relevant, and in step with Matthew’s business growth.
