Matthew Rosenfeld is the Founder and President of The Rosenfeld Company. He specializes in retail tenant representation, land sales, building disposition, and investment sales in Texas.
Matthew has worked extensively with pad users from both the tenant and landlord sides of the transaction. He currently represents JPMorgan Chase Bank, Sam’s Club, Quick N Clean Car Wash, and Pizza Patron. In addition, he represents several land buyers such as JPI, WaterWalk, and other family offices. Prior to founding The Rosenfeld Company, Matthew spent over a decade at Weitzman, leading their DFW Brokerage Department as well as being a perennial statewide top producer.
