behind the business
David Holiner
David is the founder and President of Holiner Holdings. He specializes in retail and industrial acquisitions, as well as helping build and execute growth strategies for clients.
Prior to Holiner Holdings, David was employed at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas on their Industrial team. He also worked at JLL in Shanghai, China, where he led real estate expansion for multinational companies in Asia. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was an NCAA Finalist, All-American and team captain of the nationally ranked Texas tennis team. He obtained his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York.

Crafting the Digital Experience
Content Development – I collaborated closely with David to craft messaging that clearly communicates Holiner Holdings’ mission, including taglines and all page content.
Website Design & Strategy – Through a series of strategy sessions, I presented various custom design directions. David selected the ones that aligned with his vision, and we worked together to refine the look and layout of each page.
Content Curation – We gathered and organized all essential elements, including detailed property information, tenant logos, and team bios, ensuring the content was both complete and compelling.
With these foundational pieces in place, the design and development process moved forward seamlessly—turning strategy into a clean, modern, and fully custom digital experience.
